Ruth has worked as a School Improvement Advisor, Early Years consultant and moderator in several Local Authorities, supporting leaders and teachers to improve outcomes for children. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ePhilippa Thompson\u003c\/strong\u003e is Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University. Philippa began her career as an early years teacher.
