Author Biography

Uddhab Pd. Pyakurel, Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, is teaching Political Sociology as Assistant Professor in School of Arts, Kathmandu University, Nepal. Indra Adhikari, Ph.D. from JawaharlalNehruUniversity, New Delhi, is Executive Chairperson of South Asian Dialogues on Ecological Democracy, Nepal (SADED-Nepal).
